The quality of this ink seems to be juat great. My brother is taking a photography class and his photos are printing beautifully. Learned a LONG time ago that one MUST use Canon ink in a Canon printer unless you're willing to settle for much less than good results when you're printing. Well that's not so true. Have only begun to print with a couple of the cartridges installed and everything is working just great. No problems or leaks. The only unusual thing is one of the cartridges leaked during shipment. The plastic packaging contained all the leak, so there is no mess.Well that didn't really annoy me. Even if I discard the leaked cartridge this is still a great find to avoid high ink prices. Oh, since the cartridges are printing properly and only one was leaking, So didn't contact the company for any type of return or exchange. As a result can't comment on the customer service but if will do will update my review.
