Have been using some crappy products before. They were arriving late and never even seem new. So far have no similar issues with this purchase. Quality seems to be there and no problems with the printer and my prints. Software recognizing it and doing it's normal preparation and printing.

the ink didn't work
Everyone knows purchasing cheap ink cartridges from office supply stores is like buying a shirt from Sachs Fifth Avenue. It is expensive. So, I sought out alternatives and landed at Inkjetsclub.com. Huge mistake.. My printer immediately stopped working after I installed two color cartridges. My son, an IT specialist, informed me that the printer problem was directly related to my recent cartridge. I immediately bought HP 202a refills, and problem went away.
