I ordered 4 HP 201X cartridges for my daughter for Christmas not sure I would get them in time. I did get them in a few days. When we opened the box, one of the cartridges had lost all the ink inside the sealed bag. After Christmas I got in touch with them, they promptly sent a replacement and postage paid return of the damaged one. Would definitely order from them again. My Daughter is now in college and uses the printer for her papers.

I ordered 4 cartridges , a HP 201X Series. The color I could rate as average because the colors were rather pale. The blacks more looked like grey. At this point, I was not a happy customer but then I called the company and they offered to replace the cartridges. Besides refunding me and sending me new cartridges, the representative I spoke with told me to clean the printer, as it might've been the cause. So I did. I cleaned the printer and the cartridges work very well now. Thank you for your help. I'm a happy customer now. Great Customer service.

So, this was my first time buying HP 201X ink cartridges from InkjetsClub. I was hesitant because I had purchased re-manufactured ink cartridges before and had some problems in the past, the ink didn't last long. So, far I am very pleased with the ink that I have purchased for my LaserJet Pro M277N printer. No problems at all. I don't really notice a difference between the expensive HP ink and the ink I got from Inkjets club. I haven't used the other cartridges yet but I am sure they are all going to be perfect.
