the instructions weren't clear
There was no information with the cartridge stating that the nozzle was sealed off by a ". I couldn't get the plastic seal off by hand. I had to cut the seal with a knife to make the cartridge work. However, the rim of the nozzle still has the outer part of the seal still glued to it making it harder to install. Please do something to make it easier to remove this seal. I will buy 1 more cartridge and if I have the same problem that will be all !!!
