Ordering and shipment confirmation: Once you place your order either online or by phone, you will receive an email from InkjetsClub. This email is a receipt confirmation which contains your order number and will usually be arriving ing your email within minutes of submitting your order. You will receive a second email within 24 business hours stating your order has been shipped through either shipping carriers USPS or UPS. You may track the package(s) you've ordered with the second email's tracking link which will be provided. Please note, due to various warehouses partial shipments may be sent from various locations and not all merchandise may arrive in the same package for the one order ID. For questions about your order, please contact InkjetsClub or visit your 'My Account' page to track your order.

Orders arrival times: The estimated time of delivery of orders varies from 1 - 4 business days depending on your location and product availability. Please note, most orders ship from the western continental US, with exceptions to other warehouse facility locations including Kentucky, Texas, and Kentucky. Please allow 1 - 4 business days for the arrival of your package. All times and duration are not guaranteed. What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with the your purchase, it may be returned within 60 DAYS of the order delivery date. Simply contact our friendly customer service team and we will be happy to take care of you. It’s easy to contact us and we are available 7 days a week! Most emails and phone call requests are returned within the same business day.

What is the shipping cost?

Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders over $49. For all other orders below $49, the regular shipping rate is $4.95. To receive expedited shipping outside of our regular shipping quote rate of 2-5 days, please contact customer service for a custom shipping quote.

How Can I Get a Replacement

First, get in touch with our friendly customer service team so we can set up a replacement on your account. If you've received a faulty item or it is giving you a difficult time, then you have a couple of choices: (1) We'll set your account for a free no obligation replacement. (2) Inquire about receiving a refund. If you opt-in receiving a replacement cartridge for a troublesome order, you have within the first year of purchase to contact InkjetsClub as the product is fully warrantied 1 year from the time of arrival. InkjetsClub will send a replacement cartridge with a prepaid return mailing label, free of charge, to send any merchandise back. Once you receive the replacement, send back the defective cartridge using the provided mailing label. That’s it, you’re all set!

How Long Does It Take to Get a Refund

Customers returning items can expect to be refunded (store credit when applicable) in the method in which they paid within 7-15 business days of our receipt of their accepted return. A refund will not be processed until the product is received by our warehouse.
