Thank you for your outstanding Customer Service. Inkjetsclub.com answered all my questions, sent out their hp 15 orders very quickly and efficiently. I use Epson cartridges and was looking to save money using their services. Unfortunately, Epson's firmware wouldn't let the Inkjetsclub cartridges work with my printer (even after Inkjetsclub resupplied me with replacement cartridges to help settle the discrepancy). The ordered ink did not work in my Canon printer. After about three emails I was able to return it already open for a full refund. I took the ink to a UPS store. There is no place on there return label for them to scan it, so I could not get a receipt. I took a picture. I waited for about three weeks — still no refund. I emailed them back. Got the refund in about three days.
