had difficulties opening Epson 676xl ink cartridges
I have yet to open an Epson 676xl ink cartridge without ink spilling. I followed the directions that I received over the phone but ink still spilled out as it appears to pool behind the hard plastic cover over the ink pad..The good news is they work very well after cleaning up the mess and convincing the printer that although the cartridges are not supplied by the OEM they work just fine- and a lot less expensive.
