I found what I thought was a good deal on Brother ink. I put my credit card info in and it said the total would be $43.73. When I submitted the order, it said Thank you for your order. Your total is $62.36. I tried to immediately cancel the order and contact customer service. I was told I would have to wait for my order to arrive and refuse it. When it came to my PO Box I refused it and had the postmaster send it back. The company did email me when they got it back. They also refunded my money. I refuse to do business with a company who changes the total after you submit the order. That seems unethical to me.
