My order for an HP 74XL black ink cartridge and 3 color cartridges (all inexpensive refills) arrived shortly after I ordered them, but with two blacks instead of one. And one of the color cartridges was missing. The email that I sent to their customer service was answered immediately and the missing color cartridge arrived soon. No questions asked about returning the additional miss-shipped black cartridge. I highly recommend Inkjetsclub. The refilled cartridges work fine in my HP Officejet printer.
